Our Story

Upland Farmers Market & Street Fair was created to be more than a place to purchase fresh produce. Being a vessel for our community means everything to us. We stand in the gap for local produce producers is a vital part of being an effective resource for community building. 

With so much attention being paid to the negative aspects of urban life, we feel compelled to open doors for communities to make an impact
on our youth. Produce Producers offers young adults to not only learn  the importance of healthy eating and living practices. We believe that the future of not only our communities but of our world as a whole  starts with our youth through creating opportunities. 

Obesity, diabetes, high-blood pressure and myriad with other health issues that can be controlled and ultimately reversed with the right information and application to healthier living practices.

We have connected with a multitude of health facilitating networks that  share our commitment to sharing information about exercise, weight loss and activity practices that foster better health and overall healthier  lifestyles. 

The  Farmers Market Network has a great leadership team that is committed to creating  a community that is full of resources to better lives through educating people about how important health maintenance is to a healthy  lifestyle.
