prospective VENDOR INFO PAGE

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING

We encourage the community to be involved in our market. We believe in shop small, and we support local businesses, farmers and artisans. If you are interested in becoming a vendor with us, please apply.

Our weekly Farmers Market is open to the public every Saturday from 9am to 2pm, unless you are notified otherwise by the Market Manager.  Due to rising temperatures during summer, market hours will be adjusted accordingly; you will be notified of the change by the Market Manager in advance.

Our process is as follows:

Fill out PRE-SCREEN FORM. We review pre-screens once a week. You will either be Approved, Waitlisted or Denied. We will inform you via email. If approved, you will then be asked to create an account in our Vendor portal.

EQUIPMENT WE RECOMMEND:

  1. White Only Canopy 10x10 or 10x20
  2. Canopy Weights REQUIRED. Wind can be an issue and weights help keep canopy in place.
  3. Table(s), Tablecloth(s), Chair(s) REQUIRED.
  4. Water for yourself and your staff.

Many of our vendors accept credit cards, but we recommend bringing cash just in case. Always have change for your customers.

PERMITS:

Food vendors must obtain a County of San Bernardino Health Food Permit.

  • Pre-packaged food will need a Cottage License.
  • Hot food & drinks will need a Temporary Food Facility Permit.  If you already have these items, please provide in your application. For those who don't, you can provide within 30 days.

A City of Upland Business License is required within 30 days of start date.

  • Apply here if needed. If already obtained, please have permit number available.
