Our weekly Farmers Market is open to the public every Saturday from 9am to 2pm. During summer, we close at 1pm. This is a Rain or Shine event. If at any time we decide to close due to upcoming EXTREME weather, we will give a credit. There are no refunds.
After registering in our portal, you must wait for your application to be approved or waitlisted. Two reasons you'd be waitlisted, we already have a vendor in your category or you do not have a social media presence promoting your business. In order to expedite your application, please describe your product or service in detail, including a descriptive menu, if applicable. Without this information, we cannot your application.
Once approved, you'll have the capability to pay for your space fee. Fees vary per vendor type and are between $50 - $75. Fees can be paid online in our vendor portal via credit card. A nominal service/handling fee will apply.
EQUIPMENT WE RECOMMEND:
Many of our vendors accept credit cards, but we recommend bringing cash just in case. Always have change for your customers.
PERMITS:
Food vendors must obtain a County of San Bernardino Health Food Permit.
If you already have these items, please provide in your application. For those who don't, you can provide within 30 days.
A City of Upland Business License is required within 30 days of start date.

After applying, you'll receive an email confirming receipt of your application. This email is not an approval. Please wait 48 hours for our decision.
Existing Vendors: Create your portal account or log in to your existing account. Here is where you can buy booth space, update your profile, add licenses/permits, documents, logos, photos, social media info. This information will also appear on our interactive map. (coming soon)
