Our weekly Farmers Market is open to the public every Saturday from 9am to 2pm, unless you are notified otherwise by the Market Manager. Due to rising temperature during summer, market hours will be adjusted from July through September to evening hours; you will be notified of the change by the Market Manager in advance.
After registering in our portal, you must wait for your application to be approved or waitlisted. Two reasons you'd be waitlisted, we already have a vendor in your category or you do not have a social media presence promoting your business. In order to expedite your application, please describe your product or service in detail, and include photos, social media handles, and a menu, if applicable. Without this information, we cannot approve your application.
Once approved, you'll have the capability to pay/reserve your booth space. Fees vary per vendor type and size. Fees can be paid online in our vendor portal via credit card.
EQUIPMENT WE RECOMMEND:
Many of our vendors accept credit cards, but we recommend bringing cash just in case. Always have change for your customers.
PERMITS:
Food vendors must obtain a County of San Bernardino Health Food Permit.
If you already have these items, please provide in your application. For those who don't, you can provide within 30 days.
A City of Upland Business License is required within 30 days of start date.

After applying, you'll receive an email confirming receipt of your application. This email is not an approval. Please wait 48 hours for our decision.
