Food vendors, County of San Bernardino Health Food Permit REQUIRED

• Pre-packaged food will need a Cottage License. 
• Hot food & drinks will need a Temporary Food Facility Permit. 

City of Upland Business License - REQUIRED within 30 days of start date.

• Apply for here if needed. If you have your license, have number ready for application.
